1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using CleanStream, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use CleanStream.

2. Subscription & Payment

CleanStream is a paid service available on the following plans:

• $12/year (just $1/month)

• $2/month

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Once a licence key has been issued, refunds are not available.

3. Licence

Upon successful payment you will receive a unique licence key. This licence is granted for personal, non-commercial use within your household only. Your licence key must not be shared, sold, or distributed outside your household. CleanStream reserves the right to deactivate licence keys that are found to be misused.

4. What CleanStream Does

CleanStream is a browser extension that filters content during playback on supported streaming platforms. It does not modify, copy, download, or store any streaming content. Filtering is based on community-reported scenes that have been reviewed and approved by our team. CleanStream does not guarantee that all offensive content will be filtered — coverage depends on community contributions and may vary by title.

5. Disclaimer

CleanStream is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any content that has not yet been added to our database. We are not affiliated with Netflix, Prime Video, or any other streaming service.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software associated with CleanStream remains the property of CleanStream. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of CleanStream without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of CleanStream after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
